When buying or selling a home it is important to understand value and what price the market will bear for a particular property. Victoria has the most complex market in Canada. Throughout Victoria there are little enclaves of higher or lower market values as compared to adjacent properties which are just a mere block apart. When establishing market value for a seller intent on listing or for a buyer wanting to make a offer. Bob provides complete and extensive market comparables. He explains why comparable properties fall into specific value categories. When there are no realistic comparables, he makes adjustments to provide the adjusted value. All of this is explained in detail. One can never have too much detail when it comes to such a major purchase or sale.

Other Valuable Experience

Earlier in his career, Bob was involved for many years in design and construction engineering. His work included contract preparation and negotiations. This experience provides added value for his real estate home buyers and sellers.

As a part of his financial plan Bob and his family moved 14 times, into homes of various types and conditions, including three strata rental properties. Bob has designed, built and landscaped four of his own homes. Prior to his years in Real Estate, he purchased, rented, renovated, landscaped and sold three revenue homes. At least 50% of his equity base was achieved with his personal real estate activity.
