Diane Rennie has been a Sales Representative at Royal LePage Performance Realty since 2008. Diane exemplifies the guiding principles of the company which are honesty, integrity, professionalism, caring for others and respect. During her time as a realtor, she has worked with a variety of buyers and sellers including first time home buyers, and retirees ready to downsize. Diane always puts the customers first and makes sure that their housing dreams do come true. What sets her apart from other realtors is the level of service and commitment that she provides her clients. She will jump in with her sleeves rolled up to make sure that you achieve top dollar for your home in the least amount of time with the least amount of stress.
Prior to becoming a realtor, Diane worked at the Ottawa Congress Centre in various management positions. She started as the Manager of Sales, responsible for filling the convention space for future years. Her team of sales representatives were among the best in the business. Their success led them to the inevitable expansion of the facility. Diane was very active in the planning stages of this expansion.
Diane's background in Marketing & Sales started over 25 years ago at the Banff Springs Hotel. In her position as Regional Director of Tour & Travel Sales, Diane was responsible for booking rooms for all of the tour companies that travelled to the Canadian Rockies. Diane travelled from the Rockies to the St. Lawrence where she took a position with the St. Lawrence Parks Commission. She became the Manager of Marketing for the Commission servicing several key tourist attractions including Upper Canada Village and Fort Henry.
Besides her love for people, Diane has a love for dance. She perfected the art of Highland dancing at a very young age and took part in the Worlds Competition held in Scotland in her teenage years. She also took part in the Maxville Highland Games each summer. Now in her later years, she enjoys golf with her friends and family. She has golfed around the Ottawa area, Myrtle Beach, Mexico and Cuba.
