Established yardsite for a new build. Yard site located just 5 miles East of Gronlid on Hwy #335, then approx. 1/4 mile South on Grid #681. This acreage yardsite is to be subdivided and is expected to include most bush surrounding the yard, all buildings, and to include the septic pump out on south field. The 1 1/2 storey house is of solid fir construction, but has not been heated for a few years, furnace was removed and no pumps or water heater remaining in the house.
