My plan for marketing your property

When you’re selling your house or condo, you want to sell it fast and make as much money as possible. A good marketing plan can help you do that. Here’s how I will work with you to market your property. I will:

1. Home preparation advice – We will walk through your home together, and I will give you tips on furniture placement, items to tidy or move, to make your home more appealing to potential buyers and maximize its attractiveness.

2. Market overview – To help you determine a fair price based on your home’s market value, I will provide information on the sale prices of comparable homes recently sold in your neighborhood.

3. Centris listing – I will display multiple photos of your home taken by my professional photographer and carefully write your property’s description in a way that targets the type of potential buyer you are looking for.

4. Promotion of your listing – I will spread the word in every possible way. Your listing will be highlighted through my website, my office colleagues’ websites that showcase my properties, Centris, Realtor, Royal LePage’s website, mailings to about a hundred of your immediate neighbors, as well as several posts on my professional social media accounts.

5. Personalized website – I create a personalized website for each of my seller clients where you can access, at any time, clear information on past and upcoming steps, property visibility statistics, scheduled visits, feedback from showings as soon as I receive it, timelines once you have an accepted offer, and much more! This is a tool I have refined over the years and that my clients particularly appreciate.

6. Follow-up after each showing – I will contact you after each showing to share the interest of potential buyers and the feedback they provided about your property. If I don’t hear back within 24 hours, I will follow up with them to ensure we have a complete report.

7. Communication throughout the process – You will never have to guess where you stand in the selling process. I will regularly provide updates. Additionally, if you have questions, I am available to answer them seven days a week. I welcome your calls or emails.

8. Negotiation of price and terms that suit you best.
