Staging Pays Off!
Anita sold our home in Pinewood in the spring of 2009 and we were so pleased with her service and how quickly our house sold.
Anita has a very good knowledge of the market and had good advice as to what price to list the house. She knew which range of prices would attract people to our location. She warned us that to list higher than her recommendation would result in potential buyers not even seeing our listing. Her pricing advice was confirmed by other agents and our house sold quickly and for almost list price.
She also had a very good eye for what upgrades needed to be done in order to maximize the price. Anita was willing to walk through our house months before we were going to sell to tell us what repairs and cosmetic improvements would be the best use of our time and energy.
Just prior to listing, Anita used her decorator’s eye and staging knowledge to bring our house up to a level that was amazing to us. She put in so much time & effort to get just the right look and people coming through at the open house were impressed.

A Pleasant Experience!
We have recently sold our house in North Bay with Anita, she not only was our agent but our neighbour and friend. This relationship of business and friendship was not blurred nor was it a problem in any way with regards to the business (privacy) of the sale of our house. Anita was both interested in locating the right buyer for our house but also was very interested in the type of home we would be looking for at our new location.
