My 24 year career in the telecommunication & real estate have developed strong customer-focused skills˛ with expertise in contract negotiations˛ asset valuations˛ sales and marketing˛ along with team & community leadership˛ I have a comprehensive understanding of negotiation strategies˛ developed from 17 years of experience working in the community relations' field and working with property developers. The application of these lifelong developed skills in my real estate career has been beneficial for our clients˛ many times over.
 
Complimenting my career˛ I have enjoyed purchasing older homes and giving them a new lease on life. Taking a hands on approach to design & renovations˛ fully understanding the process˛ complications and solutions˛ with the goals of energy efficiency and longevity.
 
One of my greatest rewards is seeing the smiles˛ exuberance and excitement on our client's faces as the walk into their new home on the day of procession˛ truly a rewarding experience for everyone.

After a successful career in information technology and corporate training at a major telecommunications company in Halifax˛ I retired and spent much of the next few years traveling and teaching in both Asia and Europe.
