Pierre Legault
Pierre has been enjoying a successful career in real estate for over 30 years. He began as a Canadian real estate appraiser which is the most essential skill when assessing the market value of properties. This experience allowed him to transition, in 2000, to real estate sales. He has been an award-winning agent with Royal LePage ever since.
With success comes more work and as business grew it was critical for him to build a bilingual team that shares his passion for real estate and his commitment to excellent customer service. France, Barb, Geneviève and himself work very closely together and always put their clients' needs first. You can speak to any member of our team at any time.

France Legault
France has been working for Royal LePage since she graduated from Ottawa University over twenty eight years ago. Her education in Business Administration, with a specialization in Accounting, has assisted her to be successful first on the administration and then on the sales side of real estate.
As a Realtor for the past 15 years, France has provided our clients with the personal attention they need to feel confident with their choices and decisions. Her 13 years of experience in administration with Royal Lepage provides her with the skills to ensure transactions go smoothly from start to finish.
As the team member responsible for all the adminitration of the team's files and advertising, she provides the support that ensures your property receives the most attention for the best result.

Geneviève Painchaud
Geneviève graduated from Ottawa U with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Economics), and also has a B.Comm (Marketing) from Windsor University. Her career began in 1994 in Toronto where she worked as a marketing executive in the mutual fund industry and the satelliteTV business, managing million dollar budgets and accounts.
A move to Ottawa, and two children later, she began investing in income properties in Ottawa which is how she met Pierre Legault back in 2002. She really enjoyed working with him as her agent and after a few years he asked her if she ever thought of working with him.... a challenge which she took on in 2004.
Geneviève does share Pierre's passion for real estate and patience to find what her clients are looking for, and also uses hery marketing expertise to sell many homes. Being part of this great team has been beneficial for both my clients and herself.
She am also very familiar with income properties and tenant-landlord issues.
Marketing is in her blood which is how she ended up teaching marketing courses part-time at La Cité Collégiale in 2010 and 2011.
