Craig was referred to me by dear friends. Being military we needed to sell as quickly as possible to affect our move. From the outset, we knew we'd made the right choice. He presented data on the general real estate market for our region and homes in our price range. Throughout our wait for a potential buyer, he provided feedback and data about the people who viewed the house so that we could make the necessary adjustments to increase its appeal. In the end, we never felt pressured and sold the house at a price that met our full expectations.
