About Me:I am an Alberta Licensed Realtor® serving Fairview, the MD of Fairview, and Clear Hills County, specializing in Residential, Country Residential, and Farmland sales. My approach is grounded in local market knowledge, rural experience, and straightforward, honest real estate guidance. My experience includes 7 years of learning alongside one of the area's most experienced Realtors and 5 years of personal real estate practice. This has provided me with valuable insight into local properties, market conditions, negotiations, and the unique considerations of buying and selling real estate in rural Northern Alberta. With a rural background and firsthand experience growing up around livestock and working horses, I have a genuine appreciation for agriculture, farmland, and country living. Whether you are buying a family home, rural acreage, or farmland, I strive to understand your needs and help you find a property that meets your goals. My commitment extends beyond real estate. I am actively invested in our community, contributing through local taxes, supporting charities, schools, sports, and serving on local boards. My background also includes management experience in both business and nonprofit organizations. You can expect me to be patient, empathetic, bold, and straightforward. Buying or selling property involves significant financial decisions, and I believe clients deserve honest information, clear communication, and practical guidance, even when the facts are difficult to hear. I take the time to listen, understand your circumstances, explain your options, and help you make informed decisions. My goal is to make the buying or selling process as clear and smooth as possible. Helping you achieve your goals is my measure of success.
