Whether you call it "the Beach" or "The Beaches" you probably know that this community is pretty special. I will alternate by calling it "The Beach" and "The Beaches", to be politically correct, as some of my clients prefer one name over the other and some of them are just the opposite.
Visiting "The Beaches" is like going to a City within a City. Making a trip to "The Beach" is like visiting a small town without leaving the big City of Toronto.
The Beach is Toronto's favorite lakeside community for many reasons. It is a favorite because of its natural beauty, the famous boardwalk that winds along the lake which is a great place to roller blade, bike, jog or for just taking a relaxing walk. For some the attraction is because of its sandy Beaches where you can lay on the sand and soak in the suns rays, go for a swim , play beach volleyball, take the dog for a swim or simply sit on the rocks or on a bench and just watch the waves and or the people.
Maybe "The Beaches" is special to some just because of its friendly atmosphere and because of Queen Street East and Kingston Road with its coffee shops, restaurants and eclectic and vibrant shops, or maybe because of its its great parks, all the services and the incredible sense of community which ads to that feeling of safety that you get whenever you are in "The Beach".
The look of the homes in "The Beaches", the architecture, the colors of the buildings and the festivals, it all ads to the feeling you get when you visit our community.
As always, the sounds of the waves and the sounds of dogs barking reminds you of what a pet friendly area we have in The Beach, one of Toronto's greatest neighbourhoods!
