Right from the start of the buying process, we could tell that she was the “agent that we wanted to do business with”.
The 1st meeting was “right away”. We met at a property that we chose to see. I see now; it wasn’t so much for Stephanie to show us the house (because it was not to our liking and she knew it); it was for Stephanie to interview (discreetly) and get to know us. It was: “what do we want in a home”; “what are we like”;” what do we need”. She gathered her information in a very friendly manner. My wife became quite attached to her.
Stephanie worked relentlessly, always there to answer questions (we never waited until Monday Morning to get an answer), always there to show us a new house “just listed”, “just found”, or “do you like this area”, or “is this what you want in a kitchen”.
With little effort on our part, we found the home for us. We have only Stephanie to thank for the ease and enjoyment of the buying process.
Selling our condo was a different story. We had what we called “a white elephant”. Stephanie knew it would be difficult (we had listed it with another agent a year before we met Stephanie). When things were darkest and it seemed like the condo would never sell, she was most aggressive and full of new, innovative ideas. She had tremendous insight and knowledge; not only of market and our property, but of the people buying our property and the other agents bringing in these people. I really got the feeling that she was coaching the other sales agents. The sale seemed personal to her; she wanted to sell it as much as we did.
We did sell. It was to people that Stephanie brought in to rent the place for a time. She saw the potential buyer and worked them continuously. She saw, she realized, she sold!
I have great respect for Stephanie Huffman and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone either wanting to buy a new home or want to sell an old property.

In April, we decided to start looking for their first home, we called Stephanie Huffman from Royal LePage, we met the first time and were very comfortable with her after her explaining all about herself and what she would do as our agent and she did not disappoint in any way. She found us our home in 3 weeks, with her help and vast knowledge she directed us to Rob Cagnin of Mortgage Architects who helped us with getting our mortgage. He is also very good at what he does and made us feel comfortable. He explained the whole process from start to finish. Both Stephanie and Rob were always a phone call away for any questions. They both went out of there way at all times to get us to where we are today, first time home buyers. You can trust them, they care about their clients.

I had an absolutely positive experience buying my new home, thanks to Stephanie’s hard work. Stephanie is articulate, energetic and professional. She went beyond the call of duty to accommodate me. She drove all over the place to meet not just with me (the buyer), but also with my parents when I was unavailable to view properties! She coordinated the delivery of my deposit when I made an offer and hand-delivered the keys to me upon closing!
Stephanie exercised enormous patience with me to explain the rules of the game (as I had not been in the market for some ten years) and was understanding during my times of indecisiveness.
Stephanie is punctual, reliable and trustworthy. I knew I could trust her advice as she has great business acumen and has developed considerable expertise in her years in the real estate business. She understands the market. Driving from Pickering to Waterdown, it was a big relief to see that Stephanie was always there at the time she said she would be.
