About Me: I enjoy meeting new clients and take pride in and appreciate long term continued business relationships. I specialize in Buyers Brokerage, as well as enjoy working with sellers in the listing and marketing fields. Being the parent of two grown daughters, now professionals and homeowners themselves, I know how important locations to schools and sporting facilities, shopping, etc. are to parents and children when buying, or looking for good potential resale on investments. I also realize good value is important to a buyer plus good return on investments in homes. Camping, fishing and sports are high on my off time priority list, second of course to you! I am proud and pleased to be working side by side with one of my daughters, Joline, that is Associate Broker of this office. About Me: In past and present Joanne Yacyshyn has been involved in a large amount of volunteer work. Joanne is a life member of the Kinette Club. Joanne Yacyshyn has been the librarian at Porcupine Plain Public Library for over 30 years. Joanne has been Secretary- Treasurer of the Chelan Hillcrest Cemetery Board for 20 years. Joanne is the wife of a farmer, and has been active on the family farm. Joanne is the mother of three grown children, all now professionals in their own fields and grandmother to several beautiful children. Joanne enjoy working with people, lives near a town surrounded with good hunting, fishing, lakes nearby, and agriculturally supported, by the name of Porcupine Plain.

About Me: I have a big place in my heart for Melfort and North East Saskatchewan ! I was raised in Melfort, and I have chosen Melfort as a place I call home with my daughter. I have a diploma for Office Management at SIAST, where I gained an insight to business. After I graduated, I knew real estate was in my future!
